Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your ScheduleKaro account and all of the data we hold about you at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete from inside ScheduleKaro

  1. Log in at schedulekaro.com/login.
  2. Go to Settings (sidebar → Settings, or visit /dashboard/settings).
  3. Scroll to the "Delete account" section and click the button.
  4. Confirm — your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot log in, or you removed the ScheduleKaro app from Facebook directly and want us to delete our copy of your data, email us:

Include:

  • The email address you used to sign up for ScheduleKaro.
  • (Optional) The name of any Facebook Page or Instagram account you had connected.
  • A short note that you are requesting full data deletion.

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

Meta app removal requests

If you remove ScheduleKaro from Facebook and request data deletion there, Meta can notify us automatically through this callback URL:

When that signed request reaches us, we remove the stored Facebook Page and Instagram Business tokens connected to that Meta user and return a confirmation code with a status link.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, hashed password, photo).
  • All posts (drafts, scheduled, published history) and templates.
  • All uploaded media in your Content Library, removed from disk.
  • All connected social-account records and their encrypted access tokens.
  • All notifications, queue slots, and recurring-post settings.

Anonymised logs (timestamps, error counts) used for debugging may be retained for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically rotated out.

Removing ScheduleKaro from Facebook only

If you only want to revoke ScheduleKaro's access to your Facebook / Instagram account (without deleting your ScheduleKaro account), you can do it from Facebook directly:

  1. Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
  2. Find ScheduleKaro in the list and click Remove.

You can also disconnect a single account inside ScheduleKaro at /dashboard/accounts — this revokes our stored token immediately.
