Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid ScheduleKaro plans, operated by Schedule Karo (schedulekaro.com). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.

All payments on ScheduleKaro are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details — these are handled directly by Razorpay. Any approved refund is processed back through Razorpay to the same method you paid with.

1. Subscriptions

ScheduleKaro is offered as a subscription on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. The price and features of your plan are shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. Cancelling your plan

  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Billing / Settings) or by writing to info@schedulekaro.com.
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access to paid features until then.
  • After the cycle ends, the subscription is not renewed and you are not charged again. Your account moves to the free tier (where available) or is paused.

3. Refunds

We want you to be happy with ScheduleKaro. Our refund rules are:

  • 7-day refund window (first purchase): If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided the service has not been substantially used (e.g. only a small number of posts or messages sent).
  • Renewals: Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your renewal date.
  • Service problems: If a paid feature does not work as described and our team is unable to resolve it for you, we may offer a full or pro-rata refund at our discretion.
  • Material plan changes: If we materially reduce the value of a paid plan, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your current cycle.

4. What is not refundable

  • Charges from third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp / Meta conversation charges, ad spend) — these are billed by the platform, not by us.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has passed.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@schedulekaro.com from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 94136 06495. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.

Once approved, refunds are initiated through Razorpay to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.). The amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will share a confirmation once the refund is initiated from our side.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with the updated date.
