Welcome to ScheduleKaro. These terms govern your use of the service available at schedulekaro.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

ScheduleKaro lets you plan and schedule social media posts to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms we add over time. Your posts are published automatically at the time you choose.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country).
You are responsible for keeping your password and connected accounts secure.
You must give accurate information when you sign up.
One account per person, unless you have written permission.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload. By using ScheduleKaro you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and publish that content on your behalf to the social platforms you connect — but only for the purpose of running the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ScheduleKaro to:

Post illegal, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or violent content.
Spam, harass, or impersonate any person or organisation.
Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Distribute malware or interfere with the service's infrastructure.
Circumvent rate limits, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Post in a way that violates the terms of any connected social platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or any other third-party account, you are also bound by that platform's own terms of service and policies (e.g., Meta's Platform Terms). ScheduleKaro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta, Google, or any other social platform.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep ScheduleKaro available 24×7, but the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that posts will always reach the connected platforms (some failures depend on the platform's own API or your account's status).

7. Pricing and changes

ScheduleKaro may offer free and paid plans. We may change pricing, features, or limits with reasonable notice (in-app or email). If a change materially reduces a paid plan's value, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.

8. Termination

You can close your account anytime from the Settings page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or harm. On termination, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScheduleKaro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost revenue, lost followers, or missed posts) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in that period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with the updated date. If a change is significant, we will notify you in-app or by email.
